I’ve ordered from BTC a number of times over the years, and the products never fail to disappoint. The delivery was swift and beautifully packaged.

Overall happy with my large fin pendants. The packaging was robust and the lights are lovely. One star off for each light had a small grey black mark, one light had a larger black dot which I find quite noticeable. I understand they are hand finished and air bubbles can occur. My husband thinks they won’t be too visible when hung.

I purchased two pendant lights from this company but unfortunately the wrong size was delivered. On contacting customer services the problem was resolved speedily & efficiently & I now have what I ordered which I am very happy with.

I purchased only a number of lamps. Shipping was fast and service very smooth. Honestly, I was a bit worried because of Brexit, which causd quite some hassle in terms of UK-EU e-commerce. Most important: The products are beautiful and great. Many thanks! A clear recommendation. Some of the plastic parts I would have expected to be a more valuable or traditional material like bakelite, considering the price.

I've bought two Walker table lamps direct from BTC (and three other of their lamps via John Lewis) - I am a bit of a fan! quality is excellent and in both of the direct orders the lamps arrived much earlier than indicated, very well packaged.

As we were ordering 3 of the same light I phoned the company to see if there was anything they would do for us and spoke to a really helpful lady.
