Light Fittings. I recently purchased two outdoor lights and a picture light. Though relatively expensive, it was definitely worth paying the extra for outstanding quality and finish.

I know they are hand made & hand finished but all 3 pendant light shades are different and I would have thought for the price of them there would be some sort of continuity so only a 3 star rating from us .

I was really pleased to see that the Cobb Rise and Fall Pendant shade is sold individually, (my shade was broken by accident). It is a timeless piece that is really versatile given its mobility. Sarah Honey in sales was incredibly helpful in arranging that the shade was sent as soon as possible to a London address in order for it to travel with family in hand luggage to South Africa. Thanks to her swift and clear communication and arrangements the shade was delivered in good time.

My cat accidentally broke the shade of my Cosmos dimple lamp which we have had since 2005. I contacted the Original BTC service department via the website and received a reply from Sarah within 12 hours. She explained how the replacement system worked and accepted my payment by BACS. 2 days later, the replacement shade arrived, very carefully wrapped. It fits perfectly. Your products might be considered to be expensive. But they are beautifully designed, last many years and have parts that can be replaced. I'm very grateful I bought such a design icon from you. Thank you.
