Update: I have since discovered that this service is a complete rip off that appears to use deceptive marketing letters. I paid over £70 for their system that doesn't work on all browsers. I also realised afterwards that this process can be done by myself on the government website for half the price. See all other feedback that also confirms this. Well that was the worst experience I have ever had trying such a simple task of completing a Confirmation Statement. Ana was incredible though, definitely five star service in resolving all of the issues - of which there are many. But a clunky and inadequate system that does not work should not be used that wastes so much of everyone's time including theirs but more importantly my own precious time.
