Very efficient 5 star service. My complaint with resolved in under 5 minutes.
Accidentally picked up the wrong letter to sort my confirmation statement, my own fault for not checking properly but did not expect to be charged the whole admin fee considering I didn't fill any forms in and immediately requested a refund. Would not trust this company to help in the future, even though they seem to think a passive aggressive email suggesting their quick response should ensure they are trustworthy. Made a simple task very annoying.

They grab all the listings from the government website, make it available for the google crawler and hope to make a buck from it via their company services. With putting names, DOB and citizenship online they are violating laws in several jurisdictions!

This is a scam! Paid £83, because I thought it was a branch of HMRC, to make a company dormant and nothing has been done. HMRC charge less than half that anyway. Further, it appears impossible to contact Online Filing to gey my money back. Just go directly to HMRC. You've been warned.
