I was having problems with the system so I used the Chatbot to see if they could help. Gonçalo answered and immediately advised me what the problem was. I asked if he was able to solve the problem to which he answered yes and did so in seconds. I was in a bit of a state as I thought my confirmation had not gone through. Gonçalo told me it had.
