Helpdesk chat was very helpful in resolving issues, but OnlineFilings makes it difficult to complete activities without adding a registered office and once added it's impossible to go back to the previous page and remove it (they subsequently removed this from my order, but it held things up). In addition, they put through my order twice, leading to emails from Companies House and a concern that I hadn't done everything I needed to.
