There was a long delay for the tax office response to the request. Although it was eventually successful it would have been nice if OnlineFilings had been aware of the length of time and chased it instead of me chasing them to chase HMRC. Also, I've had to upload the letter from HMRC to complete the application process when OnlineFilings should have had the same letter as myself. To this stage took almost 2 months, it should have been a maximum of 15 days. That being said, when I raised the issue in Chat it was quickly looked at.
