The overall service is excellent. Made registering the business easy and has helped with the day-to-day. Clear information, good support. Highly recommended. Customer service and support is excellent as well. My only gripe is that if – as I do – you use the registered office facility, then someone sends a physical package there (it's not really set up for that) it is hard to get in touch with the front desk/post room to have it redirected. It's possible and the team are very helpful... but actually it might be better if customers had a direct-contact line for this kind of situation. It'd make it much easier.
