Excellent customer service! I accidentally bought a service from online filings and I emailed them to ask for a refund since I did not need or use the service I had bought. Within an hour of my email, my refund had been approved and I had gotten an email from online filings highlighting this. Very happy overall and will definitely consider using their services in the future should I require them.

I was on a chat with Joao and he was absolutely brilliant. He couldn’t have been more helpful!. He provided clear answers to my enquiries and clarified what I required. At some point, our chat got cut off and I was getting concerned that we hadn’t finished.
