Contacted me out of the blue via a letter claiming ‘important and urgent - Overdue conformation statement’. Stating all the consequences of late or not filing. Knowing that I had already filed my conformation statement 3 weeks prior, I had to double check on HMRC web filing, and I was correct. This also makes their claim that it takes companies house up to 2 working days to update their register utter nonsense. This company is deceitful and unethical, trying to make a quick quid by panicking business owners into thinking they have done something wrong, and then charging a premium for doing a task that takes less than a couple of minutes through companies house for £13. Obviously taking your company information from companies house and chancing their arm to seeing how many people they can sucker in. Obviously, online filings do their absolute best to have all genuine negative reviews removed to keep their average rating high. They bank on people throwing the junk mail from them, in the bin, and so the review can’t be verified and is removed. Online filings has an extremely high amount of negative reviews on truspilot, these are not fake reviews.
