I start off by admitting that I made an error in assuming that this was just a processing portal with companies house / HMRC requirements. It is not - they are a separate company charging significantly higher rates (to declare a company dormant nearly 5 times more than going direct!) I will say that their customer service was considerate & I do appreciate the resolution when I explained the error that I had made and how it felt a little scam-like with the differences being unclear & I was offered their processing fee as a refund so all is fair. I won’t be using them again & will be more mindful that anything I do clearly shows only hmrc / companies house especially with such significant cost differences.
