As usual Old Brick had nice quality, good prices and great staff. Helped me find a reasonably priced couch for my son.

The young man who brought the item to load in my van said it wouldn't fit in the back and had to go up top of the car. I said fine. He put it up there and told me I had to tie it up there myself for transport home and he walked away. I was surprised that he didn't take care of that. Another employee walked up and said he would tie it up. He did and I got it home with no problem. The first guy was impudent, has poor people skills, and reflects poorly on his parents and employer. Old Brick's policy of not tying items for transport, if it is indeed a policy, is poorly thought out.

Quick in and out transaction...weren't hassled by salespeople and the purchasing point was easy.

Have bought from Old Brick for several years now, and they keep getting better. Sales, Office, and Delivery people are thorough, cooperative, and courteous. Will continue to buy from this company in the future.

We've purchased a number of pieces of furniture over the past few years with Old Brick. The staff has always been most friendly and helpful in assisting us with selecting our choices and arranging payment and delivery options. Old Brick has always had what we've been searching for and, usually, they've been able to provide several different options for things like size, color, and style. We've also been pleased with the level of quality in the items we've purchased, as well as the overall value. I've shopped other furniture retailers at times and I either couldn't find what I was looking for or, the same or similar items were more expensive. Time and again I find myself returning to Old Brick and that is some of the highest praise that I can offer.

Shopping for living room furniture. Stopped at a competitor first. Didn't see anything that really stood out. As soon as we walked into Old Brick I was aware of a different atmosphere. It seemed more "homey" and merchandise was displayed more efficiently. Jeremy, our salesman, was easy to talk to and helpful with advice. While I was wandering around, the girl behind the desk area made a few helpful comments, too. There was absolutely no pressure. We will be back. I already have my next piece of furniture picked out. In addition, when we picked up our purchase two days later, the guys on the dock were very efficient and friendly.

I ordered a sofa, but ended up receiving the wrong fabric which I originally selected. I did take a photo (fortunately ) of the fabric I THOUGHT I ORDERED, did not take down name as I thought all information was recorded accurately. I am not really 100% satisfied with the options which were given to me to remedy the situation. In fact, we played the game of Old Brick stating to me "what do you think would be a fair option?" It was if they were waiting for me to come up with the solution and then take a cue from what I presented as any option to begin negotiating much like a purchasing a new car! Of course, any option would require waiting time and or an out of pocket cost to me Could have been a bit more pro active on their end and at least a bit more concerned. Since no one has any idea of what the original fabric I selected was its like starting from scratch and on top of it waiting 7 weeks. And I like the products Old Brick has to offer too but will hesitate to shop there in the future due to this mix up. ..

I bought the Sunny Design TV Console with Barn Doors with the dark chocolate finish. When it was delivered the top had about 1/3 of the area unfinished wood. When I asked the delivery man if this was normal he said yes, it's made from reclaimed wood (which is a lie according to the materials listed on the website). In addition, the top does not match the front doors, which have a distressed look, the top has a destroyed look. The picture on the website doesn't depict a destroyed top. Now I know why this piece of furniture was stacked on top of 2 other entertainment centers in the store. In additional there's also a hole drilled clearly in a wrong spot where the shelves go. Edit: Within a couple hours of posting this review customer service kindly called and offered to replace the damaged piece at no additional charge. Working with them has been a pleasure.

The couch I ordered was broken when delivered. Now I have to wait for a new side because it's cracked. I can't even sit on that side in fear that it will collapse. Now I have to be home on Saturday for you to pick up the couch and wait 7 to 10 days before I get it back. I'm not happy here as you can imagine.

Delivery man were every professional, setup without any problems. Furniture looks great.

Salesmen was very good We got the exact mattress that was at a competitor for hundreds more I driver had a problem getting the foundation into our upstairs bedroom. They had the split foundation and the driver delivered it on his own time. Very happy with the mattress.

Purchased a mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom. Sales person was attentive but not really pushy. He had good suggestions for level of mattress/box spring available for the use I needed. I would recommend this retail store for any other purchases of furniture and bedding.

Purchased a living room set, they said one of the pieces would take about 4 weeks, it has now been over 2 months and we are being told it could be a few more weeks.

Very impressed with salespeople, looking for a bookcase and salesman suggested a comparable bookcase by Trisha Yearwood collection which was exactly what I was looking for.

I had a great experience from start to finish in buying my bed. The sales rep was extremely helpful and was very patient when trying all the beds. I would suggest everyone go to Old Brick if they need to purchase a bed or any furniture for that matter.
