There was not enough notice on delivery, driver called me when he was 10min away and I lived 30min from delivery so was unable to check order.
Absolutely love our porcelain slabs from Nustone. The delivery came within days and the delivery driver was really helpful. Only a couple of broken slabs which could still be utilised. Product quality was great as was the customer service! Our new patio looks amazing!

Superb customer service from Rikita. We had a large order of ~250 tiles, however 8 were damaged in transit. I contacted Nustone with images and was offered a refund or replacement without any hesitation. Service was very professional and response times were swift. Tiles are also fantastic looking, cheaper than anywhere else I've looked!
