Danni made the whole leaning experience great. It's been a while since I last attended a face to face course and now I wonder why I left it so long.

The sessions were well organised and structured. The Lead trainer's knowledge and experience. Sharing and learning new techniques. Be prepared for long days with heavy workload.

I would like to make a point of the level of instruction I received on the course. Our lead trainer (Glen) was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I work for the emergency services and I have attended numerous ongoing CPD training and I can say with confidence that Glen is one of the best instructors I’ve encountered in any setting. What sets Glen apart is not just his profound subject knowledge but his pragmatic delivery style and the clear, genuine passion about improving standards of first aid instruction. It has been so refreshing to meet someone with such a clear passion for his standard of work. It was a privilege to attend a course delivered by this instructor. This was my first encounter with NUCO and I was unsure of what to expect. Having met Glen and knowing that this is the calibre of person who represents NUCO I am now very keen to be associated with this organisation. One of the best things I did was to transfer over to Nuco so I could deliver all my First Aid courses it was so easy I still can't believe it. I have my own portal so I can book my own courses and all the PowerPoints I need. Right down to staff members who helped me move over such a excellent service. Course was well paced over the two days even though there were a few issues on Monday morning. Glenn dealt with them without any impact on the course delivery. Enjoyed the interaction with other Instructors.

I have been working in the Medical industry for years and undertaken hundreds of courses, this course is nothing short of fantastic I took part in the train the Trainer and even as an advanced medic I learnt loads.
