Excellent trainer. Great group. Venue was ideal. Pre course work felt overwhelming and was difficult considering you have not had any teaching on the subject. Clearer guidance on how detailed the answers need to be and whether references are required.

The course was intense, but we were well guided by an excellent instructor (Michelle) who kept it fun, but kept us focused. I've never learned so much in such a short amount of time and really came away feeling like I'd developed new skills.
