I attended a week long course covering three subjects. The course delivery was interactive and the instructor. Made the course material relatable to my previous work experiences. I would use nuco again
I went to Nuco with no prior experience and came away with all the knowledge and training abilities to conduct my own courses in health and safety, fire safety and manual handling. All I can say is WOW what a fantastic experience. Thanks guys 👍

Excellent course and facilities
This course provided everything I could possibly need and more to begin my journey as a first aid instructor. The venue was lovely, the course instructor was really experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate. That being said it is a very intense course due to the amount of information given to you, and any future candidates will definitely need first aid experience under their belts.
A well delivered instructor update, Lead instructor Glenn shared a wealth of information with the instructors attending update, was delivered in a way that all attending were able to share and pick up new delivery skills,well balanced throughout the 2 days. Have been on many update courses since becoming a Nuco instructor back in 2000 and courses have always met my expectations thank you.
From booking the course to final completion and assessment can not fault. Communication great and material sent out in plenty of time. Online delivery by Teams, no issue with the Trainer Lee, or the other delegates. A great learning experience by all and a worthwhile course supporting mental health and well-being.

The course (Instr requal FAAW, AED, Anaphylaxis and O2 Therapy) was pitched at the right level. Glen knew his audience and gave relevant updates throughout. All in all a very well structured course.

Great course, well set out, plenty of practical elements, Paul's "poems" are always a hit.
I've now completed two instructor courses, first aid for mental health and First aid at work, I have to say the level of instruction and experience by both lead instructors was outstanding. I would recommend anyone looking at becoming a training provider then Nuco is the place to be. looking forward to my next course in November.
