Frozen items were properly packaged and delivered within the given time frame. Highly recommend
items arrived with all labels removed, no freeze date, no slaughter date, no farm of origin code, attempted to request this information from Niyis but my emails were ignored, we have been unable to use the products we have purchased due to the above, samples have been given to Food Safety and HSE England, will update once more information received. UPDATE** Niyis have kindly now provided all the information requested as per above, thank you for the service.
This was my first experience of shopping with Niyis. The goods I ordered were delivered promptly and in good condition. A very efficient service.
The best number one
This was my first purchase from Niyis and I must say that I am pleased with the customer service. I did have issues when I wasn't sure when I was to receive my package but as soon as they called me, they apologized and reassured me about the delivery of my items. My items came in good condition and even though I was wary about the condition of the frozen items, they came intact! I was also very pleased with the quantity of the turkey and fish I bought. They also sent a cute thank you card, note, and key holder gift which was really thoughtful. Oh and a £15 voucher too! I will definitely be using that voucher soon. Haha.. My experience ordering on the website was quite seamless as well. It was wayy better than another more popular African store I tried to order from. Overall, I was pleased with this experience and will definitely be shopping for my Nigerian items here. Lastly, I noticed that this is a new company and I would say I am quite pleased with the experience. I hope they keep it up. Rooting for you, Niyis!

Express delivery - I got my order the next day. Packaging - My order was very well packaged including the frozen seafood. Price - The price of products are extremely competitive. I hope niyis.co.uk can add more product offering as well. I wanted water leaf but it wasn't available when I placed my order. Overall 5 star and I would definitely order again..
