I would have given 5☆ if it wasn't for your shipping method. The last delivery of frozen fish I received last week, only one bag of Tilapia was still frozen, the rest of the fish were partially defrosted and I ended up cooking the whole lot of the fish except one bag of Tilapia I could save into the freezer. The delivery was meant to go into my freezer to be cooked when needed hence the 3☆s

The only thing I have is: my fresh peanuts that I ordered most of them are done witch is a shame cause by the time get rid of the bad ones there is not much left but the rest of the Things that I have ordered where 100%
My order arrived on time via the courier service used. My order was presented to an acceptable standard and remained frozen. The peppers were fresh with no damage. The fish was good too.Very pleased with the order and definitely will order again!

My first time shopping at Niyis wasn't really great. But no matter what happened, they deserve the 5 stars, and this is because they really maintained good communication with me and helped me solve the issues with one of my packages. One advice I will give to the Niyis team is to package their bottles properly, that is what caused my package to be never delivered. Aside from that, this shop is really good. I believe I will shop again. Love the fact that you do next day delivery!
