I ordered 12 bottles of Pure Heaven 100% Red Grapes wine and they were delivered a day before the expected delivery date. Wine tastes so good.
Sadly this was not tripe as I know it was what we in Liverpool as Pigs Belly which is a lot meatier than tripe, that being said I cooked it for over two hours in the pressure cooker and it was fantastic. It appears that the longer you cook it the better it gets. I’ve gone through two kg already just three more to go and I’ll order more.
