Hands down the top pet store in my book – they had precisely what I was searching for, and their quick delivery service has left me thoroughly amazed.
I placed an order for goat pate x 12 on 31/08/2023. I had received no confirmation of dispatch by 05/09/2023 so I chased this up. Apparently there had been an error on the system as they had updated there stock system over the weekend and there was no goat pate available. They had pork in stock so I agreed to swap over to the pork pate instead. I was told that they would get on to this straight away. Again I received no further correspondence so I emailed Pet Treats Wholesale on 12/09/2023, I received a reply via email on 13/09/2023 informing me that my order would be looked in to. I called Pet Treats Wholesale on 15/09/2923 again I had had no further updates. I was told there had been a mix up with the Wearhouse and my order was on the pallett waiting to go out for delivery. I received my order today 20/09/2023 12x pork pate. The ingredients on Pet Treats Wholesale states that in the pork, goat and goose pates contain the primary protein sauce @90% and potato. On the pork pate received today the ingredients state pork 90%, sweet potato, potato flour. My dog is allergic to sweet potato. I therefore contacted Pet Treats Wholesale where I had a very confusing conversation stating it was old packaging, I said could they definitely confirm that there was no sweet potato in the produce as my dog was allergic. They guaranteed me this and then laughed when I said let's hope they are correct because if my dog does have it and become unwell with her allergies I would be coming back to them. Terrible customer service. Certainly will not be using them again.
Natural, whole treats, without added nasties. While this company’s treats do look like something straight from the set of a horror film, my 2.5 year old German Shepherd doesn’t seem to mind one bit. He ADORES the chews with fur on in particular, and had been busy for several days now working his way through a large deer leg. He has had a diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease and is now on a prescription diet, therefore only natural treats are suitable for him to avoid any flares of his condition. We felt really limited as so many processed chews and treats made him really unwell. So far we have had no tummy problems with Natural-Treats.Co.Uk treats, and it’s so nice to see him enjoying his treats again. Thank you!

Great place to buy a wide variety of natural doggy treats. It's where all the small sellers get their goods to resell, so it's cheaper and easier to go directly here if you're looking for larger quantities.

My dog loves the smell of these treats. And she loves to eat them too. The only problem is that they gave her a bad tummy for about a week. So not sure what's in it - as the ingredients aren't clearly stated....

Fast efficient service and delivery will definitely be ordering again, my dogs love the natural products and with a great range of choice they will never get bored (the tracheas and furry rabbits ears are always a hit) definitely have two very happy dogs the GSD was into the box before me.
