I do not leave reviews often however I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Their variety is great, as are the prices. I have a large lurcher and a small terrier and I never fail to find products that suit them both. The delivery is always super super quick and the free gift they send is such a lovely touch. The products are always great and loved by my two dogs. I have had 2 issues previously, one was my fault i forgot to add a discount code, and i messaged on the chat about it and 10 minutes later a refund was issued on my account. The second was a product smaller than expected (which happens) and they immediately got back to my email and offered me a credit. Mistakes do happen with every company as no one is perfect but this is by far the best company I have dealt with for resolving them. I will keep ordering from this company as they have just been great, and my fussy dogs love their products.

Natural Treats seem to use a terrible delivery company (DPD) that is always the one company that I have real problems with. Still no delivery! May be Natural Treats should think of going with a delivery company that actually delivers! Really poor. I hope to get my products eventually, but I will not be buying again. It would help consumers if companies were forced to state who their delivery companies are!! Mr Hopeful

My order never arrived and this company don’t answer their phones ….. there doesn’t seem to be be anyway of contacting them …. I’ve tried believe me ….. I’m very angry right now !
Often free gift is missing, prices are more expensive than other sites and their yak bars are no where near as big as advertised. (In response below, you never emailed me at all!)
I have a new business so tried a few wholesalers to see who I liked. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've had a delivery issue caused by DPD and an order issue (my fault). Both were rectified by customer services immediately without any fuss. 3rd order received. Love this company. Deliver quickly with regular updates. The quality is fantastic. My Labrador loves the camel and venison skins, they keep him occupied much longer than anything else we have tried. We also get the gourmet sticks in different flavours to chop up for training and walks. They always include a surprise treat for him in the order as well. Amazing service
