This was the first time I used your company but was disappointed in the quality I was expecting them to be broken but the sausages were rock hard and full of various bits of what ever animals they where made of I spotted feathers and sinews usually I bite bits off as a reward if the dogs deserve a treat but even if I could just get my teeth through them they were full of bits so although the dogs still ate them ,which is not surprising as they will eat anything I could not get the bits small enough As for the sticks they crumbled on touch which is not a problem as they would not touch them You sent me an email to discuss my concerns but did not reply .
My dogs absolutely love the beef tendons, and I am happy that they are having a chew that is healthy and good for teeth and gums.
Fantastic selection of natural treats and goodies for your dogs. Miss Molly-Lou & Master Harvey go mad when they "smell" the delivery. The Venison, Liver & Black Pudding Gourmet Slices are a 100% winner. I cut them into 4 and use them for recall training, guaranteed return every time! Been using them ever since coming across the stall at crufts 5 years ago. Great selection of treats which my dogs love and never had any issues with quality or delivery. Usually arrive 3 days after order and getting a time slot means i don't have to sit in and wait. Finlay and Moss would highly recommend!

Brilliant service, ordered on a Friday expecting them to arrive the following Wednesday /Thursday due to bank holiday but they arrived by Amazon shipping on the Sunday. The only thing I would say is the goat is a little more sticky than the haddock and chicken one. Haddock one is very fragrant which is great for the dogs. Which is fine for the dogs but made a little more tricky (stuck up my nails) when I tried to break it up so that would be great for smushing into treats or lick it mats. But the dogs dont look at it long enough to care what it looks like. A little goes a long way, each roll lasts about two/three weeks for two or three training sessions a week. I cut it to about the size and thickness of a 5p coin and then break that up in training if needed. Freezes well and defrosts really quickly if it’s cut up into treat sizes before frozen. Have definitely found our new hoopers training treats.

Easy access to the website which is so easy to navigate, lots of choice and good products, easy pay on checkout, my order was delivered via Amazon so it was always going to arrive on time. Well packaged in a strong box. On arrival and opening, the items were all clean and the labelling was clear. Delighted to find this company, will definitely be using again.
