Customer service is very good - responsive and helped solve my issue with the order that was placed. A slight misunderstanding to begin with but that was rectified through a refund. Rabbit's ears slightly on the smaller side however our dog still loves them. We had one venison pate which our boy really did enjoy. Thank you very much

My initial order of 50 pigs ears and training treats was great. Very pleased. My second order one of the items was not what I ordered. They sent the correct item within a day or two and told me to keep the item sent by mistake. Very pleased. Excellent service. My third order for 50 grade a pigs ears were much smaller compared to the first ears they sent me. More like piglet ears. Disappointing.
