I can't fault this company at all, I contacted PTW to let them know that DPD (the courier) was conducting an investigation because DPD had apparently lost stock I had ordered in good time (3 weeks prior) for an upcoming dog show as I run a small natural treat business. I honestly wasn't expecting PTW to step in as much as they did and my God that was really appreciated. They resent the order to ensure I had the stock even though I know fine well they weren't at fault. Also a special shout to Georgia who was very approachable, went out of her way to help and was very reassuring.

The treats are excellent. I knocked a star off because I was unable to redeem the discount code they had given me for completing a survey. Update: Natural Treats contacted me immediately to explain it is a bug in their website that stopped me redeeming the discount code and refunded the discount amount. Excellent customer service, so I've added the extra star.
