Ordered and they shipped out with DPD, DPD decided to deliver to someone else and when I spoke to them about it as they are the supplier the customer service was non existent. Basically got a tough your on your own, it wasn't my decision to use DPD. Finally found the box after sending my son round all the buildings. The dog treats look pretty decent but they have totally lost my repeat business if this is how they treat their customers, Edited following response. Don't know what email you are referring to as you have ignored me since 10am this morning. would prefer honesty instead of the standard response of we sent you an email

Bought a seasonal treat box and noticed after a couple of months, 2 closed and in date packets had become mouldy. I called customer services, they answered really quickly asked a couple of questions and offered a replacement or refund. We took the replacement option which arrived really quickly with lots of treats for the pup!
