After having a falling out over my 1st delivery I decided to give them another chance, so glad I did everything was spot on. The delivery was very quick well packed and best of all my pup loves all her yummy treats. Could not fault them 1 bit. Hopefully the 1st order was just a blip and everything will go as well as this time.
Why does a treat labeled as "venison slices" contain more beef and chicken than venison? Almost all of their treats contain chicken as a major ingredients, but the name of the treat misleads you into thinking otherwise. I won't be purchasing anything more from this company.

Products arrived (later than planned due to the delivery company) and part of my order was incorrect, replaced with a product of the same value but no note explaining why. Tried to contact using the online chat service and not received a response. Bit annoyed. Edited to Add: after this review was posted, a member of the team got in contact with me, apologised for the mistake in the order and gave me money off my next order. Good customer service in the end. Updated to 4 stars.
So far had no issues with products or service Delivered within a few days and all sausages are of great quality! 24cm pizzles by far the chunkiest compared to other retailers. recommend!
