First purchase seems good quality. Dog very enthusiastic re rabbits' & pigs' ears and sausages. A bit expensive and do the math for multiples and different flavours as prices can be different from those expected. I was notified of date and time of delivery, which was accurate. I re-ordered and noted that free poo bags that had been auto-added, became chargeable after a code for 10% discount was used. I thought this unreasonable, so I cancelled my order by email (answered promptly) and telephone (tel. no. in T's&C's). Spoke to a helpful lady who had already resolved my problem by email so early that I hadn't seen it. Apparently, it's something in the software that needs resolution where multiple discounts are being applied. (WATCH FOR THIS.) Another order was placed and I telephoned to resolve a minor query. Having spoken to two very helpful staff members and received fast email responses, I'm full of confidence in dealing with this business and my dog is delighted to hear it.

Great (NOT) customer support. Following up from my previous review regarding the sub standard pigs ears, which were awful and zero response from customer service, I got a response to my review, asking me to reach out and contact your customer support team who will put right the issue, I did almost immediately, and guess what? After 2 working days again no response! Pet treats wholesale Ltd you can definitely talk the talk it’s a pity about the rest?
