I ordered the consignment on Monday, you took payment and issued an invoice quoting delivery in 2 - 3 days, well it's 4 days now and it hasn't arrived so how would you expect any rating other than bad? I was a bit surprised by the slightly disingenuous response from the vendor to my comment in that the implication was that I was the author of my own misfortune by not paying extra for a tracked courier service and that I will now have to wait 10 days further to see whether the package arrives. The point is that if they consider this level of service to be normal/expected then why don't they advertise the Royal Mail delivery option as 2 to 14 days instead of 2 to 3 days and then I would have had to agree that not opting for a courier service would have been my mistake instead of it being due their flawed advice.
