After needing some replacement Telemecanique XEN-L1111 & L1121 switch-blocks, a Google search brought me to this company. In parallel, I also found the parts on eBay, sold by this same company. After finding that eBay's system wouldn't allow 'Combined Postage', I emailed and also 'phoned the company. Both enquiries were handled brilliantly and immediately by two different people, one of which was working from home and the other was in the office - but they were in full communication with each other about my enquiry. With my enquiry answered, I ordered the parts via eBay at 1428hrs, and they were dispatched to me at 1506hrs the same day. They arrived by Tracked Post, and fitted perfectly.
