Appalling service. Ordered some bespoke cargo stays from this company. The order arrived and they had sent 2 solid 4m bars nothing like what we had ordered. So they tried again this time they sent the right item only the wrong size. The housing for the bar was over 2m and we had ordered 1.9m. When i tried to explain this to the member of staff who I later discovered is one of the owners he went to put me on hold but before he had pressed hold he used offensive language about me(I had to change this as the company complained I was using offensive language how ironic). So these guys might be cheap but if you want the right item without being insulted I would shop elsewhere I know i will be.
