Items were as expected, very fast delivery. Only thing: the "internal" wrapping could have been ways better, eg using enough bubble wrap; the 4 ferry hooks & mounting plates (heavy) were to loose in the cardbox (too big), in fact so loose that the cardbox got damaged on the transport and resealed with tape by the courier. The yellow coating of all hooks got damaged. Hence the reason for giving just 4 stars.
Spoke to Steve Crossland, who was very helpful and came back to me promptly with prices and availability of the parts I was after, it was an excellent service and I am sure we will use the company in the future.
