I ordered two lampshades from this company and I am thrilled with my purchases. The price was very fair compared with a high street store which wanted double the price I paid. Communication and delivery were great too. The box was damaged underneath on arrival but the products were so well packaged they were fine. I would definitely look to use this company in the future.

I bought three lights from these guys to install on a customers house, Unfortunately one failed but the level of customer support received to help deal with the issue and then to replace was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend using this company

Sadly my garden lights stopped working, after assessing they were installed correctly a new set are on the way. Very helpful and quick to resolve the problem.

Needed two replacement glass shades for an old desk lamp that I was unable to remember when I purchased them. Both Hasfa & Dina were able to source the shades and fittings and send them to me ..they were extremely well packed and arrived safely. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend this company (their lamps are great too!)

Fantastic service and great quality products every time

What a fantastic service I have just received! I contacted National lighting regarding 2 faulty light sensors purchased from them but via a different company. I got an immediate response and have been offered replacement products once proof of purchase was shown. Can't believe how quick the issues were resolved. Highly recommend.

I felt I wanted to write a review as this has been one of the best company’s I have used in a long time. I’d been after a particular lamp for our lounge and finally found it on their website. Having never used National Lighting before and ordering online your always a little “unsure” I can safely say fro start to finish they have been brilliant, ordering was easy and I had checked their return policy just incase I didn’t like it. Lamp arrived quickly, well packaged and was lovely, however I had a small problem so emailed the company and they dealt with it very quickly. The swiftness of contact and customer support has been brilliant and the product is also lovely.
