Few weeks ago I ordered a floor lamp. When the lamp arrived, I realised I was sent a faulty item. I contacted customer service and provided evidence that the lamp was not working. I was then sent a replacement but there was no arrangement in place for the collection of the faulty unit. When I enquired about their return options, customer service’s response was: ‘kindly dispose of the faulty unit in a safe manner’ and when I insisted, they first ignored my email and then responded ‘We would not arrange collection of the faulty item’. My attempts to let them understand that the lamp is a 1.8m in height and 6.1kg mostly made of metal and could not be disposed as part of a domestic collection, was to no avail! This company is clearly not environmentally or customers friendly! Avoid this company at all costs for your own and our planet’s sake!
Quick delivery and great communication
I bought a security wall light just under two years ago. It recently developed a fault so I contacted the helpdesk and within 48 hours had a replacement light posted to me. For me that is as good as customer service gets.

Some initial issues with a broken light, but when it comes to customer service, this company excel, they are friendly, helpful, professional and FAST, dealt with everything in double fast time, had replacement in 24 hours, I cannot fault them and look forward to purchasing from them in the future

Great customer service / after sales from Yvonne - thank you. I received a defective LED reel and emailed over the weekend, attaching a photo as evidence. When the office opened on Monday morning I received a prompt reply and a warranty replacement was dispatched straight away. Today I have wired the LED reel, which works as expected.
Swift response times and very pleased with the lamp. Looks great. Broken glass shade - which I broke not the delivery people - was replaced for free as a good will gesture and delivered within a couple of days Thank you and will use you company again Vivienne Watson
Incorrectly ordered 4 rather than 2 lights, called them and was told they hadn't picked them yet, 2 will get refunded. Only 2 will be delivered. Got an email four hours later to say 4 will be delivered. I called to ask what happened, put on hold then they hung up. Refused to refund the two without sending them back with a postage cost to myself. When I looked at my phone bill calling this business. I was charged an additional £6.26 for these two short phone calls to their 0845 number. Terrible customer service.

Product itself looks excellent. It was delivered with one glass part in pieces. Contacted customer service. Dina couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Replacement part arrived (in one piece :) ) 2 days later as promised.

Although the company left out an item with my order their response to sorting it out and advice re bulbs was excellent. Sorting out mistakes is rarely done well these days so I was relieved and delighted. Thank you.
No fuss approach to replacing a light fitting and whilst we only communicated by email you could tell the “tone” was a helpful one, wanting to resolve and satisfy the customer. Brilliant!
Excellent customer service. Reported two faulty outdoor wall lights after purchasing 11 months ago. No quibble - email answered within an hour of sending in details. Hafsa arranged for replacements to be provided which arrived 2 days later. Cannot fault this company for their customer first approach - highly recommended
Very disappointed in this company. Appalling service so watch out. My items were delivered to a completely different detached house with no way of finding out where this was. No photo. Apparently signed by the driver saying side garage. Which side garage ? Where. Not my house for sure. It took me two weeks to eventually find my parcel that had been dumped outside the garage of a detached and unoccupied house. Although replacement items were offered I had had to cancel the electrician I had booked. I don’t want replacement shades but I think I should be offered some compensation for the stress, wasted time, complete lack of information and lousy delivery service by FedEx.
Love this company, completely realiable with a next day delivery. Helped me out with my last minute purchases for my customers as an electrical contractor. No need to worry if the materials will turn up in time. 10 out of 10… amazing service
