(We rarely write reviews but) … we were so impressed with the response regarding our recent purchase of lamps . Unfortunately one lamp was slightly faulty but it has been replaced efficiently and without hassle. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company 👍

absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, lights ordered were exactly what we needed , delivered to site next day, unfortunately job did not go ahead and i needed to return for a refund, this was not a problem and was dealt with by Hafsa who was fantastic. thankyou. will definately use again in the future .

My goodness what a wonderful company. The lights are of an exceptional high quality. Customer service excellent, good communications and the lights are exceptional bought the floor standing one first realise how great it is so bought the matching table lamp as well. Very reasonable on price for outstanding quality. Would highly recommend 👍

Fast delivery and good quality product (Mother and Child floorlamp). Although it was well packaged, the glass protector shield was broken. Hafsa in customer services dealt with the problem very efficiently and I'm getting a replacement part plus a 30% refund for the inconvenience! Be aware that reports of damage must take place within 24 hours of delivery.

The frendily and helpfull advise i've had from the Aintree store has been breath fresh air, I've had great service, delivered materials as expected in good time and change one /two items which where faulty no questions asked. I found the cost of the materials supplied to me for our 5 bed house refurbishment very competative on 90% of the materials required for this project. The trimless spot lights have worked out fantastic addition to the development, smoke alarms, cable, etc delighted with this supplier. Thanks again APDecs

These guys dispatched and shipped my order incredibly fast. It was damaged in transit, although well packed. Not their fault. I rejected the delivery and the replacement unit arrived the next day, which was incredible service. Thanks so much!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. When I tried to call at 0910 was told they are not open until 1000. I found that their phone number was chargeable. It did cost me over £13 just to try to talk to them. National lighting did refund the cost of my order in the end. The premium number has now been removed I am told. So this should not happen again.

Great company and really helpful friendly customer service. Had really good experience with Hafsa recently when I experienced a problem with a product some time after purchase. Would recommend them as a company.

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but this company has been beyond shocking. I’m still waiting for my order, which has been over a month since it was placed. Tried to call on a number of occasions with no luck. We received an email yesterday with another customers invoice attach disclosing all of their information and still no further forward with my order or refund.

Hi I ordered 7 brick lights that were great but I seemed to be missing 2 screws. I emailed and asked and they were posted straight away no problem. Very efficient and Thankyou to Hasfa.

My Order initially got stuck in the system but as soon as I queried why I hadnt received a Dispatched Notification after 5 days, I immediately got a First Class Service from Hafsa at the Company and my goods arrived at my door 48 hours later by Fedex and very securely packaged! We were extremely pleased with both the Quality of the product and the highly Competitive price! Would happily Recommend National Lighting Co to others.

We ordered 2 ceiling lights and 2 wall lights. Everything was delivered the next day, very good quality and all well packaged so there were no breakages. We were missing a screw from one of the fittings which was dispatched quickly once they knew what we needed. Highly recommended.

Ordered some GU10 LED bulbs which were supposed to be cool white. When they arrived and I fitted them, it was clear that they were warm white - distinctly yellow against the other actual cool white bulbs I had installed in the light fitting. I complained but they were totally unhelpful and actually tried to convince me that they had sent the correct cool white bulbs. I’ve discarded their rubbish and purchased the correct bulbs elsewhere. Stay well clear of this company.
