As I am allergic to all face creams, this product provides moisture to my skin without a reaction. I have been using Naissance Glycerine for several years now and am always satisfied with it. My hope is that the ingredients will not be altered in order to create something ‘new/different’ in the spirit of change. In my view, the product is perfect as is.

This batch smelled awful. It had a stinky smell that reminded of gasoline or some other chemical. I understand that unraffinated shea has variation in smell and color. Last 6months we have been very dissapointed of the quality and every batch is different and they all smell different. It has been very good quality for five years but not anymore. We have now about 20kg of shea that we can not use (this batch was 10kg).
