El envío fatal. El día 7/4 hice un pedido y a día de hoy 16/4 sigo sin recibirlo en la dirección indicada. DHL me dice que me lo deja en el punto de recogida más cercano, a 10 km de mi casa. Porque según ellos no había nadie en casa, pero es que no vinieron. Es alucinante que además Naissance se desentienda. Tampoco me han dejado cancelar el pedido. ES23651. La solución que me han dado es que contacte con DHL. Que me dice que no puede reprogramar el envío 🙄. O que espere 10 días a que se devuelva si no lo recojo. El paquete fue entregado ayer porque fui a recogerlo para evitar el "problema" estar pendiente del reembolso. Pero no volveré a comprar.
