Ich hätte Naissance gerne wie sonst immer fünf Sterne gegeben. Allerdings wurde mir in deren Newsletter eine kostenfreie Schlafmaske aus Bambus versprochen und diese wurde mir schließlich berechnet. Ich bin mir aber recht sicher, dass Naissance mir den Betrag zurückerstatten wird wenn ich das die nächsten Tage reklamieren werde. Ansonsten war ich jedoch, wie bei Naissance üblich, sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundendienst.

Bonjour, je suis déçue par le karité reçu. Il a une odeur insupportable, peut-être comme s'il avait été vraiment trop fumé... ou autre chose je ne sais pas. Et il a une couleur jaune terne et une texture granuleuse, non fondante. Rien à voir avec le karité que j'ai reçu en 2023 que j'avais vraiment appprécié. Je ne peux pas utiliser ces 2 kilos de karité. A jeter.
