La préparation du colis a été extrêmement rapide et le colis a été envoyé le jour même de la commande. L'envoi depuis l'allemagne permet d'éviter les frais de douanes pour une livraison dans les pays de l'UE. J'ai eu moins de chance avec un de mes produits mais le SAV de Naissance est très sérieux, répond toujours rapidement et m'a trouvé une solution. Merci!

Leider waren,mehrere Gläser gebrochen so rannte alles raus Antwort: Leider hab ich mich so geärgert das ich den Karton samt den gebrochenen Gläsern sofort in den Müll geschmissen habe!!! Wer denkt da noch daran alles zu dokumentieren.
