J'ai bien reçu le produit commandé, mais je le l'ai pas encore testé.
J'ai ete désagréablement surprise par la qualité de l'huile de Rose musquée. J'en utilise depuis plus de 20ans et elle a toujours une couleur orangée (même lorsque je l'ai acheté chez vous la fois précédente). Celle ci est de couleur jaune et me semble bien trop raffinée à mon goût. Pour le reste je suis satisfaite. Merci de m'en dire plus sans quoi je ne commanderai plus ce produit chez vous. Bien à vous.

I had a 10ml flask of Naissance lavanda oil 102 and loved it, therefore I ordered a 100 ml flask of the same oil. It is not the same at all, seems diluted.

Leider kam mein Paket beschädigt und offen an und leider fehlte mein Öl was ich bestellt habe. Nach direktem Kontakt des Kundenservice wurde mir nicht weitergeholfen und nur damit reagiert das ich selbst dafür verantwortlich bin und hätte das Paket verweigern sollen. Obwohl ich ja nichtmal weiß ob etwas fehlt oder nicht bei Annahme. Wobei ich es nichtmal selbst angenommen habe. Ich wurde nach mehrmaliger Anfrage immer wieder abgewiesen mit der Aussage das der Händler dafür nicht haftet und ich selbst verantwortlich sei.
