Seit einem Jahrzehnt benutze ich Sheabutter von Kopf bis Fuß zur Hautpflege und habe heute die erste schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Die Verpackung war in Ordung, dafür gibt es einen Stern. Die Dose war verdreckt und beschädigt: am Boden war Riss und eine Ecke weggebrochen (Fotos vorhanden). Portofreies zurücksenden leider nicht möglich, Kundenkontakt per Telefon/Email nicht auffindbar, also habe ich die Sheabutter in ein Glas umgefüllt. Der Geruch war sehr untypisch ekelig, nach meinem empfinden roch es nach alten Reifen. Auch die Konsistenz ist wesentlich 'weicher' als sonst, als wäre die Sheabutter 'gestreckt' worden. Trotzdem habe ich den Versuch gewagt die Sheabutter zu verarbeiten und den Geruch zu überdecken, leider ohne Erfolg. Diesen chemisch/technischen Geruch hatte ich danach in der Wohnung. Desweiteren gibt es zu beanstanden, das kein MHD aufgedruckt ist. Nach meinem Wissen ist Sheabutter nach der Herstellung 12 bis 18 Monate haltbar. Fazit: Diese Zeug kommt nicht auf meine Haut, es wird alles entsorgt. Mein Vertrauen ist hinüber. Schade.
