Im sure this system works ok if your a social housing provider but I would not recomend for private rental. Tone is English Social Housing. This is the 4th and by far the least user friendly rental stystem Ive experienced. Important to note I'm attempting to use as a letting agent.

We have dealt with you for many years and had excellent service. We have had major issues with our website and you have helped us every time we asked previously. Now you have told us to contact our IT developer who is no longer able to help us. We are very disappointed that you cannot help as we have a client who has asked us to remove a property from our website which we cannot do but you have done in the past

We are new to this system and just migrating so still early days but honestly as someone that has required the online support frequently, i can confirm the response is speedy and effective. I will update this review once we are fully up and running and live but so far a great experience. Thank you.
