There were 2 issues recently reported on for tech support. 1 urgent and 1 not urgent. This was stated when filing the support tickets. The first acknowledgement came back for the non-urgent issue. This was frustrating. The urgent issue took a couple of days to resolve and was escalated from one tech support to another. This is frustrating. Communication via the email system is also frustrating and many times an auto reply is sent leaving questions as to whether there is a real person working on the ticket. Telephone support when calling in a ticket is sometimes ok and sometimes a challenge. At times the support tech provides information which seems obvious however the system isn't intuitive to reflect the same information.

MRI is an excellent well thought out software with continuous improvements to make it better. We (dunhill consulting ltd) have used your software for over 5 years now. However our only challenge is the cost per user. We are currently paying $4000 per month (Annual $48000). Our structure is accountants and property managers who are already users. However due to cost considerations and client reluctance we have not made our SITE SUPERVISORS into users. This increase's the workload of the property managers which in turn restricts our growth opportunities. Our request is to allow the Site user ( For 50 sites) at a very affordable discounted rate of $10 per user. This will enable our Property mangers to add more sites as well as allow the site supervisor to educate the client on the site on the usefulness of MRI in terms of controls , efficiency and Transparency.
