I've been in the business for a while. MRI is heads and shoulders above the old software - one of which stated that they would get back to you within 48 hours for tech support! Thank you for promptly, professionally and politely answering questions when we agents are under the gun - even if you answered the same question numerous times that day.

Purchased Strata Master very dissatisfied a working manual was not provided, recordings provided were sporadic - terrible, if I could have cancelled, I would have for what was provided and cost it was a major let down

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible No one answers the phone, it's impossible to reach anyone in customer service or accounts payable. Commodore Property Management Group has not been able to access its work order system, NET Facilities, which is an MRI company, for nearly a week. To say it's having a negative impact with its customers would be a gross understatement. MRI seems to respond to negative reviews, so maybe if they read this, they would call! Just pathetic.
