CTM contracts are great and the customer service is always good!
Support is generally fast and reliable. MRI as accounting and property management software is the worst I've dealt with. So while I appreciate the support the software is still frustrating.

The staff posed a question about access to the status feature in WL and there are so many boxes to choose I wasn’t sure which ones needed to be checked to ensure they received the access they needed so I had to call MRI. Keith patiently went thru the individual access for each employee to ensure the boxes were checked.

The agent that took my call was very knowledgeable and instead of just fixing my problem, he walked me through how to find my deleted contracts. He waited for me to confirm the contracts were back in the system and then showed me how to put them into docs management under the correct buyer.
Quick and helpful response. Consultant knew what I needed and assisted promptly and effectively.
