II pay you for the use of this software, I don't know why I have to have another account to learn your product when I need help. It's confusing enough with all the contract changes to have to learn all your changs too. I have spent an hour now just getting back to fill out a contract and I haven't go to it yet!
My experience with the support reps on the phone is excellent, and I am thankful. The hiring team with MRI Software is doing great, as well. They seem to hire a great group! For the tech support team, I would give them 5 starts. The software itself is very difficult to use. It is almost as if it is a "tradition" to use CTM here in Denver... many people use it, but I have yet to meet anyone who indicates they like it. That is just my experience. The technology seems antiquated and not user-friendly.
