Item was never shipped out. 1 week had elapsed since the order date, contacted customer service and they claimed: "We are aware of a fulfillment issue and are working to resolve the matter. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from the date of placing the order to ship." I needed my parts sooner than 1 month, so I requested a cancellation.
