I only received two blades in the box and not the three as should have come to me. I sent an email to tell of my problem and they replied I needed to send them at least two pictures of what I received. In the mean time I place another order for the same product and received three in that box. I still need one more blade.
I needed actual j.d. parts and you should them.

You said that it was in stock and I was told I had to wait 2 more weeks before I would get what I ordered, so I canceled my order.
Very poor packaging resulted in paint scratches on the item. Some apparent DEU hire put the 8 pound item in a box twice the size of the item with no oacki g msterial to prevent movement and damage. I have to give the vendor credit for a 10% rebate, but that was for a problem that should not have occurred.

Just what I ordered
Received in good time,but wrong air filter. My zero turn John Deere is a 535M my air filter is 6 in diameter I was sent a 3 in. Oil filter and plugs and gas filter and oil all correct.
