Seem like a nice small business but not very good communication. I had been waiting for over a week for an item I purchased and had to call them to find out that it hadn't been shipped... They took care of it promptly but that should have happened before I called rather than because I called. Will definitely do business with them in the future but would hope for better communication & follow through...

Fast shipping and replacement pull start mechanism seems more stout than the stock unit.
I did not recieve product shown on their website; when inquired, I was told to contact the manufacturer for differences in part color even though their website displays the correct OEM color. The product came in an unmarked bag so OEM status is questionable.
Ordering your product was the only experience I have had because it's been 3 weeks and I have not received my packages yet.

I ordered a oil filter with a specific part number and was shipped a substitute part number. There was no explanation stating that the oil filter sent was a direct manufacturer replacement. To thier credit they did issue me a refund. I do believe this is reputable company and may purchase from them in the future.
