The wrong blades were sent. When I asked... "Good afternoon. I will ship the blades that were sent to me back tomorrow. Question….will I just get a refund or will the correct blades be sent in their place? Thanks for any clarification." I received the following reply..... "Hello, Unfortunately we cannot ship out different blades than the ones that were originally ordered. A full refund will be issued once our returns department processes the package." Thank you! Wasn’t sure about this business because I couldn’t find much information about them. I gave it a shot and placed an order for some parts I needed. Their prices were very reasonable. Found out it was going to be two to three weeks to receive the order.I needed the part asap, so I called to see if I could cancel the order which they obliged with no resistance. Found out the parts I needed were hard to get at two other places I do business with. I will definitely order through them again when I need parts
