Montgomery’s offered us a wide variety choices for furniture in look, style, and price range. I appreciated the thoroughness and ability to see the furniture in my own space before I ordered it.
Excellent - Bought our product from another family owned retailer who went out of business - but Montgomery's returned it to the manufacturer for repair and treated us like we bought it from them. Awesome!

We had purchased a Flexsteel, leather recliner in 2006. The mechanical part of the recliner went bad and my husband was unable to use the chair. We were not able to talk to the person in charge of repairs for 2 weeks because he was on vacation(???) We wondered why another employee couldn’t handle our situation. Anyway, when the employee returned to work and returned our call we discovered the part wasn’t available for another 4 weeks. Eventually the part came in and after scheduling the visit, we are now waiting another week and a half. Wow! All that time for a mechanism for our recliner, and “no” it is not even electrical!
Our saleslady was very helpful, made a home visit and had several items picked out for us to look at the following day.
First time using an interior decorator to help with our furniture purchases and we were very happy with Michele!

Sales personnel both at the model home and the store were friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that went wrong was the handling of the sale. Our credit card was charged twice (for a while they thought they had done it 3 times!) and it took longer (a week) to clear up than I would have expected - and my wife caught the error, not them.
When I came in I was just looking at options. Every store I went to had the same furniture that I really wanted, but was very expensive. We ended up purchasing it from Brooke for many reasons. 1 she was up front about everything. She told me how we could cut some cost, by doing fabric over leather and also that we didn't need to put the heat and massage in all the seats. She was the only one that told me that it didn't need to be in every seat. That saved us $300 per seat. 2nd I had told her that every store I walk into I find this and can't go further. She told me that they do price matching. Why would I go any where else??? She was amazing even after us coming in numerous times and emails and calls. She was always more the happy to help. She is the whole reason we bought from Montgomery and would come back to her again.
Montgomery’s is a great mix of interesting furniture, textiles and home decor. Staff is professional and knowledgeable!
I appreciated Maureen letting me take a bar stool home to check the height to make sure it would work for us. We are pleased with the look and quality of the bar stools we purchased.

The initial shopping experience was good-friendly staff & good variety in the showroom. BUT- ten weeks after ordering a new mattress and bed frame, we are still missing parts. It took two weeks longer than promised to get the mattress. It’s one thing if we’re expecting a 2-1/2 month wait- but our estimated delivery was six weeks. We have the headboard & footboard but no rails. So our mattress is still sitting on the floor. Very disappointing experience!!!
We had great service helping us pick out a new mattress. The only complaint I would have is the time it took us to get the mattress. They said it would take 2 weeks. After three we called to find out where it was. They were quick to find out and schedule an appointment for delivery. Overall very happy.
We appreciate the great service we have received from Montgomery's. Needed new recliners to help us after surgery, and they were able to assist us and provide quick delivery. Appreciate the special help always given us.
Carly was awesome to work with! She is honest, knows her stuff and gets to know you in order to help you find the right pieces! We will continue to come back and work with Carly when we need more furniture!
